Trophy Brewing's Maywood location will host fun beginner-friendly Sunday Yoga sessions at 11 a.m. on the second and last Sunday of the month. This 60-minute flow class will be held inside the brewery or outside on the lawn depending on the weather. Bring your mat and any props you like to use. Tickets cost $25.31.
