The 2nd NC Modernist House Tour of the year is happening from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 26. This is a chance to visit eight private homes and a farm, both new and mid-century Modernist structures, in Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill. Ticketholders will meet in Research Triangle Park, board a luxury tour bus to visit these eight homes and a farm, and enjoy a chance to meet many of the architects who built or renovated them. Tickets cost $159-$179 and include coffee and bagels, lunch, a USModernist tote bag with snacks, bottled water, free wifi and the comfort of a restroom-equipped, air-conditioned bus.
