Big Blues Show
3 blues artists, one great evening of live music!
Blues isn’t just music—it’s a feeling. The Big Blues Show brings the spirit of classic rhythm & blues revues back to life. Presented by the Music Maker Foundation, this is more than a concert—it’s a full-on blues experience. Led by Jimbo Mathus (co-founder of Squirrel Nut Zippers) as bandleader and MC, the night features his Mississippi band, The Creatures of the Southern Wild, joined by The Crimestoppers – a dynamic trio of eastern Carolina vocal talent and Leonard “Lowdown” Brown – Houston's blues sensation. Real music. Real stories. Real blues. We'll see you there!
