Lemon Ricotta Agnolotti Pasta with charred asparagus, spring peas, lemon beurre monte sauce, shaved Grana Padano cheese and mint.

Wood-fired Moroccan Spiced Lamb Loin with Creamy goat cheese polenta, charred spring onions, lamb jus and mint herbed pistou.
