On April 12 from 9:30-11 a.m., hit the trails in RTP for a morning of fresh air, light movement, and literary adventure. Each month, Roaming Readers will explore a different genre with suggested selections curated in partnership with Durham County Library and Wake County Public Libraries. This month’s selection is Mystery + Thrillers. Borrow a book in the month’s suggested audiobook genre from your local library. You can arrive early to apply with for a library card if you do not already have one! This month’s suggested titles include You Deserve to Know by Aggie Blum Thompson, You Shouldn’t Have Come Here by Jeneva Rose or The Locked Door by Freida McFadden. Bring your photo ID, phone, headphones and a water bottle and walk the trails while listening at your own pace. After the event, gather with fellow book lovers to chat about the story, share favorite moments, and connect. All paces welcome. Take breaks when you need them.
