Molina Healthcare of North Carolina (“Molina”) is partnering with Uplift Laundry Truck to host a “Wash and Wellness” event, offering free laundry services for individuals and families in need. Attendees will receive a $10 pre-loaded card for laundry services. This initiative aims to improve health outcomes by bridging barriers to clean clothes while supporting local students and families.

Regular access to clean clothes is a critical community need. Laundering clothes removes dirt and bodily fluids, helping prevent the spread of and re-exposure to bacteria and pathogens that cause illness. As 1 in 5 students nationally face limited access to clean clothes, Molina and Uplift Laundry Truck are working to remove barriers so families can better care for their health and well-being.
