Vidrio is launching a new Chef's Table dinner series. At 6 p.m. March 11, 2026, guests can enjoy a five-course tasting menu highlighting dishes from Spain by Chef Roberto Barth. Tickets for the dinner cost $99 per person and include wine pairings. Here is the menu:

Pintxos Tapas Table Welcome: Pan con Tomate, Classic Gilda, Tortilla Española Bite, Fire-Kissed Chorizo Pintxo, and a Jamón carving station.

First Course: Chargrilled Octopus

Second Course: Stewed Lentils with Chorizo

Third Course (Communal): Fire-Finished Paella

Fourth Course: Dry-Aged New York Strip with beef tallow confit potatoes, fermented piquillo pepper sauce

Final Course: Basque Burnt Cheesecake
