Join fellow modern architecture fans at NCModernist's spring Modapalooza house tour on April 18, 2026. This is a chance to visit eight private homes — both new and classic Modernist architecture styles — in Raleigh, Chapel Hill, Carrboro, and Hillsborough. Ticketholders will meet in Research Triangle Park, board a luxury tour bus to visit these homes, and meet many of the architects who built or renovated them.
