-First Course, choice of: Lobster and Smoked Trout Roulade - Fennel-Pernod Coulis, English Cucumber, Crumpet and Creme Craiche and Caviar Leek and Comte Tart, Poached Egg, Wholegrain Mustard Sauce, Frisee and Marsala Vinaigrette
-Second Course, choice of: Canneloni, Braised Rabbit, Prune & Charred Cipollini Mostarda, Smoked Rabbit Liver Sauce, Carrot Puree and Tarragon Raviolo, Sunchoke, Lions Mane, Egg Yolk and Truffle
-Third Course, choice of: Wagyu Picanha, Porcini Stuffed Onion, Golden Syrup Delicata Squash, Bone Marrow Sauce and Charred Turnip Green Salsa Verde Black Treacle Glazed Salmon Steak, Sesame Soubise, Celeriac Croquette and Braised Escarole
