This year’s celebration begins the moment you arrive, with the Inn’s beautifully reimagined lobby offering a warm and sophisticated welcome that sets the tone for a memorable holiday. The feast takes place in the thoughtfully renovated Presidents Ballroom and Foyer, where guests will enjoy an abundant spread of Thanksgiving favorites and seasonal specialties. Highlights prepared by the AAA Four Diamond Fairview Dining Room team include Citrus and Old Bay Spiced Shrimp with Cocktail and Remoulade Sauces, Baby Spinach Salad with Bacon, Cremini Mushrooms, Shaved Red Onions and Warm Bacon Dressing, and an Herb Roasted Whole Turkey carving station with Cranberry Orange Relish. A decadent dessert display will feature everything from Candied Pepita Pumpkin Pie and Pecan Sticky Bun Cheesecake Bites to a whimsical S’mores Action Station with homemade marshmallows. Live piano music, ice carvings and festive décor complete the celebratory atmosphere of the afternoon.
