Tobacco Road Festival Summit’s “Screen&Craft” is an exhibition that highlights premiere film showcasings & exclusive discussions, providing insight into the various mediums of art culture through an authentic lens of the southern American gaze. Featuring a team of renowned guest appearances, the live series provides an imaginative experience of daring storytelling & genuine perspective from some of the industry’s best.

Block 1: (4:00 pm -6:30 pm)

- Indy Film Showcase, Presented By: North Carolina Film Co. - a curated selection of horror-thriller films themed for Halloween spirit. (Open The Door; The Matchbox; The Black Bart of Taco King #17)

- Ready to Exhale: Women in Film Panel Discussion

- SINNERS Talkback Exclusive: walk in the shoes of an emerging star in this all-access discussion about creating the # 1 Movie Event of the Year with film Co-Star, Christian Robinson.

Block 2 - (6:30 pm - 9:00 pm)

- Spotlight Screening: COLOR BOOK, starring Will Catlett -A heartfelt film that follows a devoted single father adjusting to life after his wife's passing while raising his son with Down Syndrome. They embark on a journey through Metro Atlanta to attend their first baseball game.

- Talkback Session with Color Book Director, David Fortune

- “The South Got Somethin’ To Say” - Celebrity Spotlight Conversation: an all-access discussion w/ star actress April Parker Jones about her North Carolina roots, success on the Hulu hit-series ‘Reasonable Doubt’ & everything to expect in the season finale of Bel-Air.
