Celebrate the best beer season as we tap some excellent American-made Oktoberfest-style beers from none other than two fantastic breweries (one from right here in North Carolina) Burial and Schilling. Burial, out of Asheville, is known for its creative and innovative approach to brewing, often featuring unique hop profiles and inspired by its founders' interests in art, history, and the culture of New Orleans. Situated on the Ammonoosuc River in New Hampshire, Schilling operates in a restored 1797 gristmill. They specialize in world-class, traditional European-style lagers like Czech and German Pilsners, as well as other European-inspired beers, often pushing the boundaries of these classic styles.
