Raleigh's Irregardless restaurant is continuing its 50th anniversary celebration with the next decade dinner. They will serve up a special prix fixe dinner menu circa 1995 on July 16, 2025. The menu includes: Tuna Tartare or Gazpacho Duck Breast with Grilled Peaches; Cioppino; or Risotto Fritto Matcha Creme Brulee or Dark Chocolate Lava Cake. The dinner cost $75 per person.
