Local mindfulness coach and children's author Rashmi Shah will be hosting an engaging, family-friendly book reading with an activity session at Quail Ridge Books on May 31st 2025, featuring her new children's book I Found My Piece.

The event includes:

• Live reading of the book

• A guided mindfulness activity

I Found My Piece follows Nezzo, a young child adjusting to a big life change, and introduces mindfulness tools in a playful, empowering way. About the Author: Rashmi Kumar Shah is a leadership and mindfulness coach, lawyer, and mother of three. Immigrating to the USA from the United Kingdom as a child, she has personally navigated significant life changes and has utilized mindfulness to manage stress and embrace new beginnings.
