Align and Adjust Workshop
Deepen your understanding of foundational yoga postures
Align and Adjust will deepen your understanding of basic yoga postures including mountain pose, upward dog, down dog, high plank, warriors 1, warrior 2, crescent lunge, extended side angle, triangle pose, and 1/2 pigeon. We'll work from the foundation up exploring new perspectives on the same postures. This workshop is designed for both students and teachers. Mats, blocks, and other props available for use during class.
