Add a refreshing twist to your summer sipping repertoire with a non-alcoholic cocktail class at the JB Duke Hotel’s Lobby Lounge. Join Umbrella Dry Bar Founder Meg Paradise, a local trailblazer “setting the bar” through her zero-proof menu and event space by bringing good sips and clearer connections to those on their wellness journey, as she introduces guests to the art of utilizing non-alcoholic spirits for delightful beverage creations.

As part of the 90-minute, interactive class, attendees will sample a flight of three bittersweet, zero-proof aperitifs and pick their favorite to transform into a refreshing Summer Spritz mocktail using an additional non-alcoholic spirit and bubbly. Meg will then guide guests through the ingredients of the “I’m Not That Innocent” Margarita, followed by a tutorial on how to creatively dress the rim of a glass using honey, cacao nibs and sea salt.

While savoring their perfectly crafted drinks, Paradise will conclude the lesson with a Q&A session and time for mingling.
