We ventured up the mountain to hang with our friends at DSSLVR and create “A Taste for Love," a Watermelon Tajin Blonde Ale! This refreshing bev will surely help you welcome the sunny Spring vibes we're all craving. Come celebrate the release of this special beer and have a sip with us! DSSLVR put it best when they said: Mashed with Riverbend Malt's 2-Row, a touch of their Vienna, and a dash of Flaked Oats and hopped extra gently with Cascade. Fermented with our Pub Ale yeast, spunded for natural carbonation, and conditioned atop some tasty Watermelon and a tasteful dosage of Tajin seasoning (Chili-Lime-Salt for the uncultured). A simple Blonde Ale with hints of fruit and spice. Hell yeah! Notes of a Blonde Ale with a floater of Watermelon and a slight rim of Tajin. More or less, it is that.
