Come early or late with plenty of time to spare because these brews are truly big and dark.On tap as standard pours and in flights.Sorry, no crowler/growler fills on the day of event.-Bourbon Barrel Aged Drunken Vigils - awakens the palate with a hint of porridge from oats and traditional floor malted grains. Caramel and roasted malts with Ecuadorian Cacao create rich notes of nougat and bitter dark chocolate. Locally roasted java from Cactus Creek Coffee completes an array of breakfast nostalgia. Bourbon and Monastery yeast compliment with decadent caramel and dark stone fruit flavors. Aged in Bourbon barrels, a warming whiskey character is imparted. Drunken Vigils is the perfect morning libation while on the front porch awaiting spring. 14.9% ABV-Maple Granola Pecan Stout - The hearty granola stout is all the sustenance you will need on your next excursion to the outdoors. Brewed with loads of oats and 13 other grains, it is fermented with maple syrup before conditioning on vanilla beans, cacao, cinnamon sticks, sunflower seeds, pecans, and toasted coconut. 10.3% ABV-Open Toe Casket Imperial Black IPA - Dark, tropical, and with just a touch of roast. Open Toe Casket Imperial Black IPA was brewed with Citra, Galaxy, and Zythos hops. 9.3% ABV-Bourbon Barrel Aged German Chocolate Cake - This decadent dessert stout was aged in freshly emptied bourbon barrels that imparted wonderful notes of oak, vanilla, and just the right amount of bourbon flavor. Generous amounts of toasted coconut, cacao, and pecans were infused into the beer, creating an aroma and flavor of chocolate, coconut, cinnamon, vanilla, pecans, and guilt.
