We will welcome Jason from Firestone Walker and NC Oyster 365 is back with their pop-up oyster and shrimp bar from 5-8 PM.On tap starting at Noon: -Hopnosis - a crisp West Coast IPA double dry-hopped with some of our favorite modern hop varieties from the USA and New Zealand. 6.7% ABV -Pivo Pilsner - the beer that helped kick the doors down and liberate American pilsner from the clutches of industrial beer. Floral aromatics, spicy herbal nuances and lemongrass notes from German Saphir hops. 5.3% ABV -XXIV Anniversary Ale (2019) - blended with the help of local Paso Robles winemakers. Components: 27% Velvet Merkin, 26% Stickee Monkee, 17% Parabola, 17% Smoked Imperial Walker's Reserve, 11% Bravo, and 4% Tequila Barrel Helldorado. 11.3% ABV -XXV Anniversary Ale (2020) - a blend of Parabola Autumn Edition 14%, Tequila Barrel Merkin 28%, Brandy Barrel Barley Wine 13%, Stickee Monkee 10%, and Whiskey Barrel Wheat Wine 8%. 11.5% ABV -Terroir Project Strawberry Saison Fonta Flora collaboration - a mixed-culture ale co-fermented with strawberries. 6.5% ABV -Parabola (2021) Imperial Stout - Parabolas of past has been aged solely in Bourbon Barrels. Parabola 2021 has a subtle twist being that same base beer was matured in equal thirds bourbon, rye whiskey and wheated whiskey , then blended together. 13.6% ABV -Parabola (2015) Imperial Stout - One of our most aggressive and sought-after offerings. Bold bourbon, tobacco and espresso aromas and a hint of American oak greet the nose. Rich, chewy roasted malts, charred oak and bourbon-like vanilla fill the palate and create a seamless finish. 14% ABV
