Earth Day Film - "Chasing Coral"

A documentary developed over several years about the slow disappearance of the world's coral reefs, and what that means for the planet's future.

Teeming beauty is only a degree or two from stark tragedy in a stunning quest in which divers, photographers, and scientists set out to unravel the mystery of why the world’s coral reefs are disappearing so quickly. Using footage from thirty countries, director Jeff Orlowski spent three years creating a film that seeks to raise awareness of a global climate catastrophe already well underway. Join us virtually for a Zoom-screening of Jeff Orlowski’s Chasing Coral followed by a brief discussion in celebration of Earth Day.
