All meetings of the council are open to the public; however, some portions may be held in closed session, pursuant to specific state laws written to protect the interest of the public.

At its organizational meeting in December, the council adopts a calendar of regular meetings that adjusts the schedule for holidays. Regular meetings of the Town Council are held at 7 p.m. the first and third Tuesday of each month, unless otherwise scheduled by motion of the council.

These meetings are held in the Council Chambers of Holly Springs Town Hall, 128 S. Main St. An additional workshop is held at 6 p.m. the second Tuesday of each month in the Town Hall Holleman Room.
