Summer Sisters 2019 Presents: Public Domain
A devised theatre performance inspired by the social, legal and political rules surrounding Women’s bodies.
Using text, music, and dance, this brand new theatre piece features local artists who meet once a week throughout the summer to flex their creative muscles while empowering female identity. The show was written by our regular Summer Sister team as well as community crowdsourcing.
Summer Sisters is a devised theatre group that consists of female-identifying theatre artists from the Triangle area. The group is “gently led” by co-directors Carissa White and Rachel Klem.
