Raleigh developer announces plans for 550-acre development near Wake-Harnett County border

A Raleigh developer has announced a master-planned, 550-acre residential development near the Wake-Harnett county border. Greenfield Communities unveiled Serenity stationed northwest of Hwy 401 and Rawls Church Rd., with an initial 1,200 homes expected to begin in mid-2021.
