The Art & SCIENCE of Love - A Weekend Workshop for Couples based on real science coming soon June 21st & 22nd at the North Hills Hyatt in Raleigh, NC

Developed by the legendary doctors John and Julie Gottman at The Gottman Institute, this workshop isn’t just another weekend getaway—it’s a deep, guided experience grounded in science and connection. Participants will learn proven tools to strengthen their relationship, resolve conflict constructively, and rediscover fondness and admiration. Whether couples are newly together or decades in, this immersive experience provides the skills to thrive.

The upcoming workshop will be led by two nationally recognized relationship experts:

Lisa Lund, LMFT, a Certified Master Gottman Therapist, brings over 25 years of clinical experience. Trained directly by the Gottmans, Lisa is also a specialist in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Prepare/Enrich pre-marital counseling. Her warm, structured approach empowers couples to make meaningful, lasting changes.

Richard B. Boswell, LCSW, has spent more than 30 years helping couples and families. Also a Certified Master Gottman Therapist and Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, Richard has facilitated this workshop for over 15 years and is known for his compassionate, skillful guidance.
