Arts Access North Carolina expands access to the arts for people with disabilities. Returned Peace Corps Volunteers of NC will award them their annual Peace Prize and grant on Saturday afternoon, May 4, at 1 p.m. at the gallery they recently opened in downtown Raleigh (444 S. Blount St.). The public is invited to attend.
