Boxing N' Brews

Boxing HIIT Power Hour workout followed by a much needed opportunity to unwind with an awesome tap selection by Gizmo Brew Works! 

There will be a 45 min workout run by a group of trainers! 10 min cardio based warm-up to start. Then 6 stations that are 3 mins a piece, and finishing with 10 minutes of core work! -The Power Hour is an authentic full-body boxing workout that challenges your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Our signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence!
