Vegan Farm-to-Table Beer Dinner
5 Vegan tasting courses, with special beer pairings from Trophy Brewing! A delicious, place-based take on seasonal eating and the farm-to-table movement. Chef Patrick Cowden presents a 5-course vegan dinner featuring produce from farms and gardens in Raleigh, and paired with beers from Trophy Brewing. Gathered around the big table at the Pharmacy Cafe, guests will be introduced to the ideas behind the Raleigh Food Corridor, the need for equity in Raleigh’s food landscape, and hear what some organizations are doing to make change. Proceeds benefit the Raleigh Food Corridor.
