Pop Up Dinner: Food, Cultural Connections and Political Acts


Six tasting courses, with wine pairings from Wine Authorities!

Two inspired and inspiring chefs - one an organic foods evangelist from Kenya and the other a nose-to-tail practicing testament to the salvation of cooking - have been brought together to play off one another and open up new thinking about food. The meal will be full of contrasts, switching chefs from course to course, and this is entirely the point. Two very different voices will take us to the same place: where food on the plate is about justice, sustainability, and connecting us all together.
